MSODL and PMBA Aligned with SHRM Curriculum Guidelines

October 12, 2018

The Master of Science in Organizational Development and Leadership, and the Professional Master of Business Administration degree programs are now fully aligned with the SHRM HR Curriculum Guidelines, established in 2005.

Students enrolled in an HR degree program at an educational institution aligned to SHRM’s core curriculum guidelines (SHRM HR Curriculum Guidelines) will be able to apply for the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) exam.

Eligible students must be in their final year of study in an aligned HR degree program and must have a minimum of 500 hours of relevant experience to apply for the SHRM-CP certification exam. Students who earn their SHRM-CP will immediately be able to display their credential. A description of the program and its guidelines are available in the SHRM Certification Handbook.
