The Academic Success team is committed to providing exemplary and holistic services and resources to the School of Professional Studies student body, faculty, and staff through very intentional and strategic initiatives internally and externally that support and assist with student retention and academic and professional success.
We are also committed to doing things the “RiGHT – Reaching Greater Heights Together” way. Collaboration is the key to our success.
Each eight week term, the student success advisor will host open zoom sessions. These sessions are held Tuesdays and Thursdays for weeks two, four, and six. These sessions will open from 1pm-3pm.

Step 2: Waiting Room
You will be taken to the Zoom waiting room. Once the student success advisor is available, they will admit you and meet with you one-on-one. Do not close the window or leave the waiting room, as you will lose your place in line. Please have your questions and student ID ready.
Step 3: Admitted into Zoom
The student success advisor and you will have the ability to share screens, investigate, research, any variety of items to try and help support you towards success with your educational goals.
