SPS Scholarship
Students in the UIW School of Professional Studies (SPS) are encouraged to apply for the SPS Scholarship. Our scholarships are designed to recognize and support the dedication, perseverance and achievements of adult learners who are balancing education with work, family and other responsibilities. Fifteen $1,000 scholarships are awarded to current or confirmed students in an SPS program that meet the criteria.
Criteria
- Student is a current or confirmed student in an SPS program
- Open to all programs of study
- Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher for undergraduate/3.5 or higher for graduate/Doctor of Business Administration (DBA)
- Some rewards will be based on financial need
- Personal statement is required (500-word minimum Undergraduate/1000-word minimum Graduate/DBA)
- To provide equitable opportunities, students are eligible to receive the SPS Scholarship only once during an academic year
