August 4, 2025 - This fall, the University of the Incarnate Word School of Professional Studies (UIW SPS) will launch “Cognitive Bias and Applied Decision Making in Healthcare” and “Cognitive Bias and Applied Decision Making in Artificial Intelligence,” two new continuing education courses designed to help professionals recognize and respond to the hidden forces shaping clinical decisions and system outcomes.

With the extensive efforts made by the Military and Veteran Center, UIW is able to provide and expand opportunities that support all service members who are serving and who have served to protect the rights and freedoms of our country.
