Jan. 20, 2026 - 4:30 p.m. (CT) is the deadline to drop a Spring I 2026 class and receive a tuition refund at 100%.
Feb. 20, 2026 - 4:30 p.m. (CT) is the deadline to withdraw from a Spring I 2026 class and receive a “W.” No refund.
Spring II

March 23, 2026 - 4:30 p.m. (CT) is the deadline to drop a Spring II 2026 class and receive a tuition refund at 100%.

SPS Course Search and Registration Guide (pdf)
All holds must be cleared before you can register. Please remember, once you register, you are in the class and you will owe tuition for the course(s) selected. It is the student's responsibility to ensure they meet all degree and graduation requirements. Degree Works will be a tremendous help, but if in doubt, please make certain by contacting your advisor.
Prerequisite requirements and course descriptions can be found through your plan in Degree Works and also in the UIW Undergraduate and Graduate Catalogs.

If you are a main campus student requesting to take course(s) through the School of Professional Studies (SPS), you must complete the SPS Course Request Form.
