The Master of Science in Organizational Development and Leadership (MSODL) graduate program is designed for working professionals to enhance each student's understanding of the fundamental practices of organizational development and teach the analytical skills needed to lead teams or organizations.

SPS Student smiling infront of a white board holing a SPS notebookThe MSODL is an accelerated graduate degree program and is offered both in-person and 100% online. Students who complete the MSODL program are also prepared to sit for the SHRM-CP exam.

Prepare for the SHRM-CP Exam

Students who are in their final year at UIW are eligible to sit for the SHRM-CP exam. Candidates must also have accumulated at least 500 hours of an internship or practical HR experience and must be in good academic standing. The SPS Office of Professional and Continuing Education is also certified to offer the SHRM Essentials course and the SHRM Exam Prep course.

Program Format:

The MSODL program at UIW requires students to successfully complete ten courses (30 credit hours) representing key functional areas of organizational development and leadership including a capstone course where students develop a new, comprehensive case study under the supervision of a practicing Organizational Development leader or mentor.
