The UIW School of Professional Studies Human Resources program prepares students for challenges in the workplace related to managing and developing people. The B.A. in Human Resources degree provides students with the solid foundation needed to understand what matters to people.

Prove your knowledge, competency and value with the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification. The School of Professional Studies is SHRM certified to offer students in the Human Resources undergraduate program the SHRM Essentials course and the SHRM Exam Prep course.
